JCD / Scholarship application / 2027

The JCD Foundation Scholarship application.

For students from our qualifying Fox Valley high schools pursuing a career in health sciences, advanced manufacturing or the building trades, through community college, a trade or vocational program, or a university. There are no essays to polish and no GPA box. We want to know where you're going and what it will cost to get there.

Have these ready before you start (or start now and add them later — everything saves on this device):

  • Your career goal, in under 300 words
  • A cost estimate from the school or program you'll attend
  • That school's financial aid office contact
  • Names and emails for two recommenders (a teacher and/or a boss) — they send their letters to us
  • A request to your high school to email us your official transcript
